Although many agents have industry expertise, none but Dayna Summers can lay claim to having equal knowledge in technology, finance, marketing, branding, and legislation. A top producer since 2005, Dayna sells an average of 40 homes and $20M+ annually, and she has been ranked in the top 15% of Placer County agents since 2008. Industry recognition aside, Dayna brings an unparalleled level of devotion to her clients and each transaction. Her concierge-level service and cutting-edge guidance don’t just lead to successful sales, they build her clients’ legacies.
Whether you’re buying or selling a home in the $350,000 range or a $15 million investment property, Dayna knows how to tip the deal in your favor. During her 17-year career in the tech industry, where she broke glass ceilings and set sales records in leadership and product management roles, Dayna honed a diverse skill set that serves her clients well. As an agent, Dayna combines the high-tech methods that today’s real estate market requires with a personalized service that feels old-fashioned in the best way. A practiced lateral thinker, she’s always 10 steps ahead of the market and advises her clients accordingly. Client interests are Dayna’s only interests, which is why 99% of her business comes from referrals.
When not working, Dayna stays active in the Northern California community, where she’s lived since 2000 when she relocated from San Diego with her family, and she maintains her many ties on the Southern California coast. Dayna has held numerous professional positions, including Co-Chair of the Placer County Masters Club, Secretary-Treasurer and 2019 President of the Placer County Association of REALTORS®, and Director of the California Association of REALTORS®. She’s passionate about cancer research and donates a portion of each commission to finding the cure. Also an advocate for women who have experienced domestic violence and sex trafficking, she works closely with the Salvation Army, The Salt Mine, and other shelters.
On a personal note, Dayna feels her proudest accomplishment is raising her children and now loving on her grandchildren. She loves fitness and her two rescue Golden Retrievers, Rusty and Penny.
